Hospital denies Andre Rosiade’s statement about Mees Hilgers injury

According to Bolasport.com, Mitra Keluarga Hospital has officially denied the statement made by Andre Rosiade regarding an injury suffered by Mees Hilgers, a defender for the Indonesian National Team.

The clarification was issued shortly after Indonesia’s 1-0 win against Bahrain in the 2026 World Cup Asian Qualifiers at SUGBK Stadium, where Rizky Ridho filled in for Hilgers, partnering with Jay Idzes and Justin Hubner in the backline.

Mees Hilgers had sustained an injury during the previous match against Australia, in which Indonesia lost 5-1 in Sydney. Following the incident, Hilgers has returned to the Netherlands for further recovery.
