According to Bolasport.com, Hokky Caraka received an unnecessary yellow card as Indonesia U-23 team drew against Malaysia in the 2025 ASEAN Cup U-23.

The 20-year-old striker — who serves as second choice behind Jens Raven — made only one start against Philippines in Group A’s second match.

In the match against Malaysia, Hokky came on as a substitute in the 74th minute replacing Raven — however his several shooting attempts were blocked by Malaysia’s defense.

The yellow card came in the 90th minute when he was late challenging a high ball already secured by goalkeeper Zulhilmi Sharani — a foul that could have been avoided.
