Harry Kane Claims First Trophy with Bayern Munich Victory

Harry Kane has finally ended his long wait for a first career trophy — winning the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich in early May.

The England striker responded calmly to the years of criticism about his lack of silverware.

“It is a weight on the shoulders. I’m very aware of the fact that I hadn’t won it. I put myself under more pressure than anyone else,” Kane stated.

This victory comes after a string of major final disappointments, including:

  • Champions League final with Tottenham

  • Two English League Cup finals

  • Two European Championship finals with England

  • German Super Cup final with Bayern

A Bold Move from Tottenham to Bayern Pays Off

Kane, who joined Bayern Munich about two years ago, opened up about his decision to leave Tottenham Hotspur.

“I could have easily stayed at Spurs and carried on scoring goals in the Premier League, but I wanted to push myself. I wanted to see how good I could be,” he explained.

The 32-year-old striker celebrated the title with teammates, including Eric Dier, with champagne and songs. The championship was sealed after Bayer Leverkusen drew in a decisive match, ensuring Bayern’s victory.
