Harry Kane praises incredible Boca Juniors fans atmosphere at Club World Cup

Harry Kane expressed his admiration for the atmosphere during Bayern Munich’s match against Boca Juniors in the Club World Cup — calling it one of the best in his career.

The England striker scored the opener in the 18th minute as Bayern Munich secured a 2-1 victory at Hard Rock Stadium, Miami — a result that guaranteed the German team’s progression to the knockout stage.

Boca Juniors supporters filled various locations in Miami with their characteristic style — gathering on beaches and singing in Walmart shopping centers.

“It was an incredible atmosphere. Credit to Boca supporters, and also to Bayern fans who tried to support us as much as possible despite being outnumbered. They made this night special,” said Kane.

Regarding this criticized tournament, Kane is actually enjoying it — particularly seeing South American teams defeating European clubs, like Botafogo shocking PSG and Flamengo overcoming Chelsea.

Despite heat being a challenge, Kane sees it as valuable preparation for next year’s World Cup. Bayern Munich will face Benfica in their final group match.
