Guardiola Worried About Orlando Heat Impact on Man City vs Juventus Match

Pep Guardiola expressed his concerns about the impact of Orlando’s heat — predicted to reach 90 degrees when Manchester City faces Juventus in tomorrow’s decisive Group G Club World Cup match.

The game scheduled for 3 PM local time at Camping World Stadium presents a different challenge — compared to their previous match at Atlanta’s air-conditioned Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

“The heat is obviously an issue. We can’t change it. All teams must deal with it. My advice to spectators is to bring plenty of water, hats, and towels for their necks because I think it will be very tough,” said Guardiola.

The Citizens must secure a victory to guarantee top spot in the group — and potentially avoid meeting Real Madrid in the round of 16. Guardiola plans to rotate players and make substitutions in the second half to anticipate weather conditions.

One player confirmed to be absent is Claudio Echeverri. The 19-year-old midfielder suffered an ankle injury against Al Ain — and is expected to need 2-3 weeks for recovery.
