Gerald Vanenburg conducts strict selection of six Indonesian U-23 goalkeepers

Gerald Vanenburg has initiated strict selection process at Indonesian U-23 national team training camp — involving 30 players that will be narrowed down to 23 for ASEAN Cup 2025.

The most intense competition is happening in goalkeeper position — where goalkeeper coaches Sjoerd Woudenberg and Damian Van Rensburg face challenging task of selecting from six candidates.

Six goalkeepers competing for main position:

• Cahya Supriadi
• Dafa Fasya
• Erlangga Setyo
• Ardiansyah
• Husna Al Malik
• Sheva Sanggasi

Training camp will continue until mid-July — giving goalkeepers opportunity to showcase their best abilities in front of coaching staff.
