Coach Gary Rowett revealed he will evaluate Marselino Ferdinan’s future at Oxford United after the pre-season period, as reported by Bolasport.com. This statement came after his team defeated Liga Indonesia All Star 6-3 in Group A of the 2025 President’s Cup at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta.

The 20-year-old player — who joined the English club about 11 months ago — received playing time as a substitute in the second half of the match.

Since joining Oxford United, Marselino Ferdinan has only made two official appearances — first against Exeter City in the FA Cup third round earlier this year, and lastly against Swansea in the Championship season finale about two months ago.
