Gary Rowett amazed by Indonesian supporters’ enthusiasm at SUGBK

During the President’s Cup 2025 match held at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Jakarta, Gary Rowett — Oxford United’s coach expressed his admiration for Indonesian supporters’ enthusiasm.

The U’s managed to defeat Liga Indonesia All Star with a convincing score of 6-1 — a match witnessed by nearly 40 thousand spectators at Indonesia’s flagship stadium.

The attendance number became a special note for the English team — considering their home stadium capacity can only accommodate 12 thousand spectators.
