Four Indonesian mixed doubles pairs face a significant challenge at the 2025 Asian Championships — a tournament equivalent to BWF World Tour Super 1000 level that will soon take place.

The pair of Rinov Rivaldy/Pitha Haningtyas Mentari has been reunited after briefly playing with different partners earlier this year — Rinov paired with Lisa Ayu Kusumawati, while Pitha played alongside Verrell Yustin Mulia.

The other three pairs competing are:

  • Dejan Ferdinansyah/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti who debuted this year
  • Amri Syahnawi/Nita Violina Marwah
  • Jafar Hidayatullah/Felisha Alberta Nathaniel Pasaribu

For young pair Jafar/Felisha, this prestigious tournament marks their first appearance at the elite level — a major challenge considering they will face Eastern region seeds in the early rounds.
