Former Marselino Ferdinan’s teammate at Deinze joins Champions League winners

According to One Football, Ilian Mhand — former teammate of Marselino Ferdinan at KMSK Deinze — has officially joined Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

The Moroccan-descent attacking midfielder was unemployed since KMSK Deinze declared bankruptcy last December — but fortune remained on his side.

PSG — last season’s Champions League winners — decided to recruit the 20-year-old player after an impressive trial period. A two-year contract has been agreed — binding Mhand to Parc des Princes until June 2027.
