Former Evos pro player and popular Indonesian streamer Ade Setiawan recently stirred speculation with fresh rumors about RRQ Hoshi Schevenko’s gold laner, Schevenko “Skylar” Tendean, potentially joining a new team.

In his latest social media stream, Ade addressed the ongoing rumors about Skylar’s possible transfer, confirming that a team has shown interest in recruiting him ahead of preparations for the Esports World Cup 2025.

“Guys, this is even more funny than the ‘Evos Skylar’ joke. Take this as a clue, I might be wrong, but I’m not lying. Keep in mind, the team that can sign Skylar is one who got a funding for the Esports World Cup,” Ade stated.

He later shared snippets of this story on Instagram, which sparked excitement within Indonesia’s MLBB community. While details remain unclear, many speculate Ade is hinting at Onic ID, a team that has officially partnered with the Esports World Cup.

The intrigue surrounding Skylar’s potential move to Onic ID raises eyebrows, especially given the availability of ace Calvin “CW” Winata. Alternatively, interest in Skylar could come from teams outside Southeast Asia, particularly regions with less-established MLBB squads seeking to strengthen their lineups.
