Farhan Halim suffered a serious injury during Indonesia’s volleyball match against Philippines at Candon City Arena — the final game of SEA V League 2025’s first round.

The incident occurred in the second set when Jasen Natanael Kilanta set the ball to the middle area — resulting in miscommunication between Farhan Halim and Boy Arnez who both jumped for the ball.

Despite scoring the point, Farhan’s landing was compromised due to the collision with his teammate — causing him to immediately grab his ankle and unable to walk independently.

The Cimahi-born player had to leave the court with assistance from his teammates — marking the end of the match for Indonesia’s key striker.
