Evos Reportedly Starts Anew with Theo and Panda

After deciding to disband its old MLBB coaching team last week, Evos is reportedly preparing a new lineup, likely featuring John “Theo” Eusebio and Brian “Panda” Chang-rok.

Theo recently posted cryptic messages on his Instagram, suggesting Panda will return to MLBB competition with Evos. This appears to be a response to former Evos coach Steven “Age” Gunawan, who previously hinted that Theo might join the new coaching staff of the Blue Tigers.

This might not come as a huge surprise, though, as Theo is still technically part of Evos, currently loaned as a coach to DXSoul Esports in MPL Malaysia. Furthermore, the Filipino was known as Panda’s assistant coach years ago at RSG PH in MPL Philippines, meaning they know each other well.

Meanwhile, Age is also rumored to be rejoining Evos coaching staff and helping recruit new members before MPL Indonesia Season 16 begins. However, he has repeatedly denied these rumors.

Regardless of the outcome, Evos coaching overhaul was expected following poor results in MPL ID Season 15. Despite a strong start, they couldn’t maintain consistency and ultimately failed to qualify for the playoffs.
