Estêvão reveals feelings ahead of Chelsea move

Estêvão has shared his feelings about his upcoming Chelsea transfer after this summer’s Club World Cup — a move worth an initial €34 million with potential add-ons rising to €67 million.

“It means everything and is a dream come true for me. I’ve always dreamed of playing in Europe alongside the best, performing in important competitions like the Champions League and Premier League,” stated Estêvão.

The 18-year-old has been preparing by taking English lessons and consulting with Moisés Caicedo about life at the West London club — a step that shows his commitment to adaptation.

The young Brazilian forward who has recorded over 70 appearances for Palmeiras hopes to conclude his tenure with success at the Club World Cup. His impressive performances have earned him breakthrough player and best striker awards in the Brazilian league.

Estêvão also shared his experience working with Brazil national team coach Carlo Ancelotti — who has given him five international caps. “Working with him is very special. He’s very direct and straightforward, also always close to the players,” he added.
