The final day of the ESL One Dota 2 Raleigh 2025 group stage (4/10) delivered a stunning upset in Group B. Tundra Esports, despite struggling to gain momentum over the previous two days, managed to clinch the runner-up spot. They were followed by BetBoom and Avulus, sitting third and fourth places, respectively.

Tundra’s prospects for advancing to the upper bracket seemed bleak after two consecutive struggles, leaving many fans skeptical. However, the team silenced doubters with a thunderous performance against Heroic and a crucial tiebreaker victory over BetBoom. They earned a 6-4 record in the group stage, narrowly trailing behind Group B leader Team Falcons.

However, the road is still far from over for Neta “33” Shapira and friends. Tonight, they face Parivision—the tournament’s dark horse—in the upper bracket semifinals. The Ukrainian squad, bolstered with veteran Volodymyr “no[o]ne” Minenko and hot prospect Alan “satanic” Gallyamov, shocked everyone by topping Group A with an impressive 9-1 record.

Meanwhile, Tidebound—a fan favorite—fell short in their bid to surpass Avulus for fourth place, ending their run in fifth. At the bottom of Group B was Heroic, reigning PGL Wallachia Season 2 champions, who suffered a surprising collapse with a disappointing 2-8 scoreline.

Tonight’s upper bracket semifinals promise electrifying action. Tundra versus Parivision will be followed by a highly anticipated showdown between Team Falcons and Team Spirit—a match expected to draw the largest audience of the day.
