Erick Thohir reveals details of 2025 President’s Cup participants

Erick Thohir as PSSI Chairman has announced details of the 2025 President’s Cup organization — a pre-season tournament that will begin at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta.

The competition will involve six participating teams consisting of two foreign clubs and four local teams — with matches to be held at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung starting July 6.

Oxford United and Port FC, which have two Indonesian National Team players, are selected as foreign representatives. As for local teams, Persib Bandung enters as Liga 1 champion, Dewa United as runner-up, and Arema FC as defending President’s Cup champion.

The sixth team completing the participant list is Indonesia All Stars — a combined team that will represent the country’s football in this tournament.
