According to The Sun, Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez is actively pursuing his transfer to Old Trafford — as Manchester United considers various options for the goalkeeper position.

The 32-year-old keeper — who has been named the world’s best goalkeeper in two of the last three years — has attracted interest from major clubs including Atlético Madrid and AC Milan.

Meanwhile, Nico Williams has communicated with Athletic Club through his agent Felix Tainta to request payment flexibility for Barcelona. The 22-year-old player has a release clause worth 58 million euros that could increase to 62 million euros.
