Elkan Baggott returns to Ipswich Town after Championship relegation

Elkan Baggott gets the opportunity to rejoin Ipswich Town’s main squad now competing in the Championship Division — England’s second-tier competition.

The Indonesian national team defender previously spent a loan spell at Blackpool while Ipswich Town competed in the Premier League last season.

Baggott’s chances of securing a place in the main squad have increased after two senior center-backs left the club — Cameron Burgess moved to Swansea City and Axel Tuanzebe joined Burnley.

Currently, manager Kieran McKenna has three senior center-backs in his squad:
