El Rumi vs Jefri Nichol: Celebrity boxing rematch announced for August

Superstar Knockout (SKO) has announced a rematch between El Rumi and Jefri Nichol to take place at Jakarta Convention Center, Senayan — scheduled for August 9, 2025.

This bout becomes the main event of SKO after their first fight about one and a half years ago successfully captured public attention. The upcoming match will combine elements of sports, entertainment, and celebrity fighting on one stage.

“The fight between El Rumi and Jefri Nichol is one of the most iconic moments in SKO, and we’ve prepared this rematch with much higher level and intensity as they will compete for the National ICB belt,” stated Sultan Sapta, CEO of SENS Entertainment as promoter during a press conference in Senayan.
