Ducati manager disappointed with Bagnaia’s performance in Dutch MotoGP Sprint

Ducati Lenovo Team Manager Davide Tardozzi expressed his disappointment with Francesco Bagnaia’s results in the 2025 Dutch MotoGP Sprint race at Assen Circuit.

The Italian rider — who showed promising performance during practice and qualifying sessions — failed to compete for podium positions in the Sprint race.

Bagnaia lost momentum after the start — his position immediately dropped and was pushed out of the top three after being overtaken by BK8 Gresini Racing duo Alex Marquez and Fabio Di Giannantonio.

“Pecco had an amazing Friday and Saturday morning with old tires, unfortunately he couldn’t overtake,” stated Tardozzi.
