Denver Summit FC Joins NWSL as Latest Expansion Team

The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) — the premier professional women’s soccer league in the United States — has announced Denver Summit FC as its latest expansion team set to join in 2026.

The league, established in 2013, has grown significantly — from eight teams in its inaugural season to plans for operating 16 clubs by 2026.
