Dani Pedrosa to Miss 2025 Spanish GP Despite Strong Form

Dani Pedrosa — a former rider from the Alien era and now a KTM test rider — will not take part in the fifth round of the 2025 Spanish MotoGP, despite consistently showing competitive performance.

Nicknamed The Little Samurai, Pedrosa was part of the Fantastic Four generation, battling closely with Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo, and Casey Stoner during his prime.

Although he limits himself to a maximum of two races per season as a KTM test rider, Pedrosa continues to impress — almost always finishing in the top 10 after a three-year hiatus.

His best result came in the Sprint race of last year’s Spanish MotoGP, where he secured a podium finish amid incidents involving several top riders.
