Dani Olmo was the difference-maker in Barcelona’s narrow 1-0 victory over Real Mallorca at the Lluis Companys Olympic Stadium in the 2025 La Liga campaign.

Despite missing Robert Lewandowski due to injury, Hansi Flick’s side dominated possession with 78 percent ball control throughout the match.

After a goalless first half, Dani Olmo finally broke the deadlock in the 46th minute, finishing off an assist from Eric Garcia. That lone goal proved enough to secure all three points for Barcelona.

The win lifts Barcelona to 76 points from 33 matches, placing them seven points ahead of Real Madrid in the La Liga standings.

Starting lineups:

  • Barcelona: Szczesny; Araujo, Garcia, Martinez, Fort; Gavi, Pedri; Yamal, Olmo, Fati; Torres
  • Real Mallorca: Romain; Morey, Valjent, Raillo, Copete, Mojica; Sanchez, Mascarell, Costa; Larin, Darder
