Cristiano Ronaldo fails to convince European stars to join Al Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo faces challenges in his efforts to recruit European stars to join Al Nassr — the club he currently plays for in the Saudi Pro League.

After extending his contract, the 40-year-old player received special authority to help the club recruit new players — a step taken to strengthen the team in its mission to win championships at both domestic and Asian levels.

Al Nassr had prepared a substantial offer for Rodrygo Goes from Real Madrid, but the Brazilian player chose to continue his career in Europe. Following this rejection, the club directed their target towards Alejandro Garnacho — Manchester United’s winger who is considered Ronaldo’s successor at the English club.

According to Sky Sports, Al Nassr is ready to make lucrative offers to secure the services of both players — however, these efforts have not yet yielded positive results.
