Cristiano Ronaldo extends contract with Al Nassr until 2027

According to Asharq Al Awsat, Cristiano Ronaldo has signed a contract extension with Al Nassr — confirming his future at the Saudi Arabian club until June 2027.

The Portuguese superstar completed his new contract negotiations four days before his old deal expires — a move that will see him play until the age of 42.

Ronaldo chose to stay with the Riyadh-based club — turning down several offers from teams participating in the 2025 Club World Cup.

“The star believes his performance and goals with Portugal when they won the UEFA Nations League proves that at least one more season with Al-Nassr will keep him in prime condition for next summer’s World Cup when he will be 41,” writes Asharq Al Awsat.
