Court Rejects 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports’ Request

According to court announcement, the temporary restraining order request filed by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports has been denied — forcing six cars from both teams to compete as open entries at Dover Motor Speedway this weekend.

Denny Hamlin remained steadfast in his position during press conference.

“If you want answers and understand why all this is happening, wait until December 1st. You will get the answers you’re looking for and everything will be exposed,” Hamlin stated.

When questioned about possible regrets over 23XI’s decision to refuse signing the 2025 Charter Agreement, Hamlin firmly answered there was no chance of that.

This situation also impacts Tyler Reddick, the number 45 driver for 23XI who reached Championship 4 last season — his contract now contains a clause allowing recruitment by other teams. Both Hamlin and Reddick chose not to comment further on this matter.
