Como in negotiations to sign Spanish striker Alvaro Morata

According to ESPN sources, Serie B club Como are in talks to sign striker Alvaro Morata — who is currently on loan at Galatasaray from AC Milan until the winter transfer window.

The Spanish national team striker reportedly desires a change of scenery, despite scoring seven goals in 16 appearances for the Turkish club. Como manager Cesc Fabregas — who played alongside Morata for Spain’s national team and Chelsea — is the main advocate for this transfer.

Fabregas has previously succeeded in persuading several former teammates to join Como:
