China Junior Team Wins Asian Title, Chen Long Coaches

The China junior badminton team — coached by men’s singles legend Chen Long — successfully defended their team title at the 2025 Asian Junior Championships held at GOR Indoor Manahan, Surakarta.

In the final against Thailand, China claimed a 110–90 victory, showcasing their dominance especially in the men’s and women’s singles categories.

In the men’s singles, Xiao Gao Bo and Liu Yang Ming Yu performed strongly — with Liu making a comeback while the team trailed 45–55.

In the women’s singles, Yin Yi Qing and Xu Wen Jing shone — with Xu sealing the victory by defeating Thailand’s Anyapat Phichitpreechasak in a one-sided match, 11–2.
