Chelsea ready to field Joao Pedro against Palmeiras in Club World Cup

According to Fabrizio Romano, Joao Pedro has officially joined Chelsea for a transfer fee of 55 million pounds — equivalent to 1.2 trillion rupiah.

“Chelsea is delighted to announce the signing of Brazilian international Joao Pedro from Brighton,” stated the club’s official announcement in Miami.

The 23-year-old striker has signed a seven-year contract with the West London team — immediately included in the squad for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

The Blues may field their new recruit against Palmeiras in the quarter-final match — scheduled for Saturday morning WIB.
