Chatri Sityodtong reveals secret behind ONE Championship’s success

Chatri Sityodtong, Chairman and CEO of ONE Championship, reveals his organization’s strategy in creating quality fights — this was shared during a conversation with podcaster Tim Ferriss.

“Creating great fights isn’t luck. We have something like a chemical laboratory that cuts and analyzes qualitatively and quantitatively,” states Sityodtong.

ONE Championship’s success relies on a special team of 13-14 analysts — they are tasked with examining various aspects of matches in depth.

“Our big advantage is that everyone on the matchmaking team is a martial arts practitioner. Like the legendary Matt Hume and Rich Franklin who is also a martial arts legend,” explains Sityodtong.
