The Reds have just secured left-back Milos Kerkez from Bournemouth for 40 million pounds. This player will add competition in the left-back position — which is already occupied by Andrew Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas.

Previously, Liverpool had secured Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen for 29.5 million pounds. The Dutch player was brought in to fill the void left by Trent Alexander-Arnold who chose to join Real Madrid.
