The team’s first-half performance became the coach’s main focus. According to Pena, the slow pace of the game made it difficult for Persija to create any dangerous scoring opportunities.

“In the first half, the ball rhythm was very slow. We couldn’t create chances because we weren’t attacking well,” said Carlos Pena.
