Onic PH roamer Borris “Brusko” Parro recently praised his former team, RRQ Hoshi, after the battle in the grand finals of the ESL Snapdragon Pro Series 2025, which concluded in Jakarta last Sunday (April 13).

Via an interview with EZPZ, the 21-year-old Filipino player was asked about his feelings competing against his former team. Reflecting on the final three games of the series, he acknowledged RRQ’s resilience, praising them for holding up very well against his team strategies.

“I think RRQ is a strong team. Our gameplay should’ve won the match in 10 minutes, but they managed to hold on,” Brusko stated.

Despite no longer being part of RRQ squad, Brusko showed clear respect for his former team and its fanbase. During his roughly seven-month stint with RRQ (December 2023 to June 2024), he became one of the most beloved import players in Indonesia’s MPL ID league, earning admiration from local fans.

Since joining Onic PH, Brusko has secured prestigious titles such as the MLBB Pro League Philippines Season 14, the M6 World Championship in Malaysia, and the recently concluded ESL Snapdragon Pro Series 2025. This marks a remarkable career leap for the player, especially considering his results in MLBB competitions over the past two years.
