Brazil U-17, one of the tournament favorites, have been drawn into Group H alongside Indonesia for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup, set to be held in Qatar this November.

Joining Brazil and Indonesia in the group are Honduras and Zambia.

The draw coincided with the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti in Brazil, where the new senior national team coach begins his official tenure. The former Real Madrid manager is set to lead Selecao through to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) was represented at the draw by:

  • Dudu Patetuci (U-17 head coach)
  • Matheus Maricato (team supervisor)

Brazil’s U-17 squad are expected to be strong contenders, while Indonesia’s youth team prepares for their second consecutive appearance in the tournament.
