Brad Pitt Reveals Embarrassing Behind-the-Scenes Moment from F1 Movie

Brad Pitt revealed an embarrassing moment during the Formula 1 movie filming at Silverstone about two years ago. On the Armchair Expert podcast, the actor showcased a black and gold APX GP team uniform that triggered laughter in the paddock.

“This is from day one. This is the pit crew shirt. We had a real crew of proper car guys, and decided to bring the shirts out for them at Silverstone,” Pitt shared.

The issue arose when other F1 teams noticed “The Action Factory” text on the lower back of the uniform — a placement that made the design look like a lower back tattoo. Mercedes and Ferrari, located near the filming area, couldn’t contain their laughter, forcing all uniforms to be replaced.
