Boostio Celebrates Fnatic’s Defeat at Masters Toronto

100 Thieves Valorant captain Kelden “Boostio” Pupello couldn’t hide his excitement after Paper Rex beat Fnatic in the grand finale of Masters Toronto 2025 this morning.

Despite a competitive history with PRX, Boostio is known to respect his international rivals. The last time the 24-year-old faced PRX was in the VCT Champions 2023 final in the US, when he played for Evil Geniuses and won 3-1 to seize the trophy.

And last night, he praised PRX’s win on his social media while playfully teasing the Fnatic duo, Jake “Boaster” Howlett and Austin “crashies” Roberts, for failing to win a second Masters title.

Im so unbelievably happy that PRX won a tournament after all these years, they have some of the all time greats and they’re all amazing people. THANK GOD BOASTER AND CRASHIES DIDNT GET ANOTHER TITLE!”

It’s not clear if Boostio has personal issues with either player. His friction with Boaster likely started from the Masters Tokyo 2023 final, where Fnatic humiliated EG 3-0.

Meanwhile, crashies (who previously played for NRG) often made things difficult for Boostio and EG during the VCT Americas 2022-2023 season. Given the current state of American Valorant esports, fans are definitely looking forward to more spicy drama to hype up the competition.
