Bojan Hodak: Persib Ready to Face Persita After Three-Day Rest

Persib Bandung are fully prepared to take on Persita Tangerang in their Liga 1 Week 33 fixture this Friday at Indomilk Arena Stadium, according to head coach Bojan Hodak.

Recovery Time Gives Boost

The squad has benefitted from a three-day rest, which Hodak believes has helped restore player fitness after a packed schedule.

Liga 1 Title Already Secured

Persib clinched the 2024/2025 Liga 1 title two weeks ago following a 3-3 draw between Persebaya Surabaya and Persik Kediri, which mathematically eliminated Dewa United and Persebaya from the race.

Maintaining Momentum

Despite securing the title, Hodak emphasized the importance of finishing strong and keeping the team’s rhythm ahead of the next phase.

“We are already champions, but we must stay focused. Winning our remaining matches is part of our preparation,” said Hodak.
