Bezzecchi acknowledges Marquez’s superiority in Dutch MotoGP

Marco Bezzecchi from Aprilia Racing had to settle for second place in the tenth round of Dutch MotoGP at Assen Circuit — finishing behind Marc Marquez from Ducati Lenovo team.

The Italian rider followed Marquez for 19 out of 26 laps within 0.5 seconds gap — but Marquez’s superior late race pace prevented Bezzecchi from mounting any attacks.

The situation mirrored that of Alex Marquez from BK8 Gresini Racing in the Sprint race — where Valentino Rossi’s protégé chose to remain calm while competing with the Marquez brothers.
