Berguinho aims to help Persib achieve Liga 1 title hat-trick

Rosembergne da Silva, commonly known as Berguinho — the new Persib Bandung midfielder — revealed his ambitions with his new team after being introduced two weeks ago.

The 28-year-old Brazilian has joined Maung Bandung for the 2025/2026 season — replacing several key players who departed from the team.

The former Borneo FC player emphasized that his arrival in Bandung is not just about gaining new experience — but determined to help Persib create new history in Liga 1.

“I want to contribute so Persib can achieve their third consecutive title, something that has never happened before in Liga 1,” said Berguinho.

Persib Bandung has already proven their dominance by winning Liga 1 in the last two seasons — 2023/2024 and 2024/2025.
