Beckham Putra receives harsh criticism after defeat to Japan

Beckham Putra faces a wave of criticism following his performance with the Indonesia National Team in their match against Japan — the final game of the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers Third Round Group C Asia Zone.

In the match that ended in a heavy 0-6 defeat, the Persib Bandung midfielder started in the lineup — but was replaced by Ricky Kambuaya early in the second half.
