Bayern Munich Compete with Barcelona for Nico Williams Signature

Bayern Munich have made a fresh move in their pursuit of Nico Williams from Athletic Club — the club has offered a salary of €12 million per year for the 22-year-old winger.

Although Williams prefers to join Barcelona, the Bavarian club remains optimistic about securing his signature. The Spanish international’s contract with Athletic Club runs until June 2027.

Meanwhile, Arsenal may withdraw from the pursuit of Benjamin Sesko due to excessive wage demands. They have now turned their attention to Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyökeres, but face competition from Manchester United.

Theo Hernández is in talks with Al Hilal, while AC Milan is interested in bringing Granit Xhaka from Bayer Leverkusen with a €10 million offer. Crystal Palace is also targeting Chelsea’s young goalkeeper, Luke Campbell, whose contract expires this month.
