Barcelona won’t field Pau Cubarsi against Osasuna

According to RAC1 reports, Barcelona will face Osasuna in a postponed La Liga match at the Lluis Companys Olympic Stadium — the home team has decided not to risk playing Pau Cubarsi who is dealing with a minor injury.

This matchday 27 fixture was originally scheduled for early this month but was postponed after Barcelona’s team doctor, Carles Minarro Garcia, passed away just hours before the match.

Both teams and La Liga agreed to postpone the match as a mark of respect for the late team doctor — the new schedule has been set for Friday at 03:00 WIB.
