Barcelona Win La Liga After 2-0 Victory Over Espanyol

Hansi Flick’s side, Barcelona, secured the La Liga 2024–2025 title after a 2-0 win over Espanyol at the RCDE Stadium.

The victory took Barcelona to 85 points — a tally that Real Madrid can no longer match, even if they win their remaining two matches, which would only bring them to a maximum of 84 points.

Barcelona completed a domestic treble this season, having already won the Spanish Super Cup and the Copa del Rey.

“El Clasico against Real Madrid was my favorite match this season,” said Hansi Flick, making a four-finger gesture during the post-match press conference.
