Bali United warns about fraudulent tournament using club’s name

Bali United has issued an official statement through social media — denying involvement in a tournament falsely using the club’s name.

The scam appeared as a promotion for Bali United Championship tournament for U8, U10, and U12 categories — with registration fee of Rp800,000 per team for 12 participant quota.

“Bali United has never announced any tournament outside official platforms such as social media or Bali United’s official website,” states the club’s announcement.

The team known as Serdadu Tridatu emphasizes that they are not responsible for this false information — and urges public to always verify through club’s official sources.

“We urge everyone to be wise and careful about circulating information. Always make sure to check reliable sources through Bali United’s official social media and website.”
