Bahrain coach criticizes Indonesia’s naturalization strategy

Ahead of the World Cup 2026 Qualification match in the Asian Zone, Bahrain coach Dragan Talajić launched a psychological attack on Indonesia’s national team—criticizing the Garuda squad’s naturalization strategy.

During a press conference in Jakarta, held before the match at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Talajić questioned Indonesia’s decision to recently add four naturalized players to their squad for the clashes against Australia and Bahrain.
