Bagnaia Struggles to Match Marquez’s Pace in Aragon MotoGP

Ducati Lenovo Team Manager, Davide Tardozzi, revealed that Francesco Bagnaia is still struggling to match the pace of his teammate, Marc Marquez — despite securing third place at the Aragon MotoGP.

In the post-race test session, the Turin-born rider managed only a time of 1 minute 46.529 seconds — placing him ninth, 0.835 seconds behind the fastest rider, Maverick Vinales from Red Bull KTM Tech3.

The performance gap became even more evident when Bagnaia was about 0.7 seconds behind Marquez, who finished third at the end of the test session. Tardozzi emphasized that his rider lost significant time — especially during the afternoon test session.
