Bagnaia struggles in MotoGP Italy 2025 warm-up session

Ducati rider Francesco Bagnaia faced major difficulties during the MotoGP Italy 2025 warm-up session at Mugello Circuit — the home hero could only manage 19th position.

Despite starting from second position, Bagnaia failed to show optimal performance in the 10-minute warm-up session — his best lap time was 1 minute 46.833 seconds using medium-soft tire combination.

The 28-year-old rider was almost a second behind Marco Bezzecchi (Aprilia) who led the warm-up session. Meanwhile, Bagnaia’s teammate Marc Marquez showed impressive pace by securing second position — just 0.094 seconds behind Bezzecchi.
