Bagnaia Speaks Up About Marquez’s Incidents on First Day of Dutch MotoGP

Francesco Bagnaia has responded to the incidents involving his Ducati teammate — Marc Marquez suffered two crashes during the first day of the 2025 Dutch MotoGP at Assen Circuit.

The rider nicknamed Baby Alien experienced his first crash while navigating turn 15 in the first free practice session — followed by a second accident at turn 7 during practice that resulted in stitches to his chin.

Despite the two incidents, Marc Marquez’s performance remained impressive — setting the best time of 1 minute 32.216 seconds in FP1 to lead the standings. In the practice session, he finished sixth with a time of 1 minute 31.455 seconds, trailing Fabio Quartararo who topped the session by 0.299 seconds.
