Bagnaia evaluates himself ahead of Dutch MotoGP after disappointing result at Mugello

Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati Lenovo team conducts deep evaluation ahead of the tenth round of 2025 Dutch MotoGP — a situation that has become more challenging after unsatisfactory results in his home race.

After securing three consecutive victories in previous series, the Italian rider failed to reach podium in Italian MotoGP. Nevertheless, Bagnaia managed to compete with Marquez brothers at Mugello Circuit.

“Indeed Mugello was difficult, but this was the first time I could fight. I experienced problems in the final part of the race due to misfortune,” stated Bagnaia during Dutch MotoGP press conference.

“I was quite competitive at the start, but when the front began to decline, I struggled to fight. However, our speed was similar to riders ahead. We might not be satisfied, but must evaluate every positive aspect present.”
