Aymeric Laporte to leave Al Nassr for Athletic Bilbao return

According to Diario Sport, Spanish defender Aymeric Laporte will depart Al Nassr — Cristiano Ronaldo’s club to return to Europe.

The former Manchester City defender is reported to join Athletic Bilbao — the club where he started his professional career. Laporte will sign a contract lasting 3 to 4 years with the Basque club.

While the move is being discussed, there is no official information regarding the transfer fee Athletic Bilbao needs to pay Al Nassr for the services of the 191-centimeter tall defender.
